Senior Medical Scientist (gynae):

Biomnis Ireland is the leading independent provider of medically-led pathology services in Ireland. We now require a Senior Medical Scientist with Gynae- Cytology experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for primary and secondary screening of Liquid Based Cytology (LBC) smears and participate in the diagnostic Cytopathology service according to local protocol. Strong people management and leadership skills are essential. Qualification and experience: You will have a minimum of 5 years post registration experience in gynaecological cytology. Applicants must be eligible for registration with AMLS Ireland and hold an M.Sc. in Biomedical Sciences and a Certificate of Competence in Cervical Cytology or equivalent.
